Currently we have Subscribe Scroll, Brew Potion and Craft Wand feats. All these feats are now more of a money making tool for casters and are totally useless to mundanes.
How about we give a small CL boost to it, for example, if one picked subscribe scroll, when he reads scrolls he gets a small boost to it's CL, same as brew potion and craft wand. As a result this can be more of a worthy feat for mundanes.
