As my title details why isn’t there a UD start for 16. But there is for surface. Is it an ECL issue?
Honestly I feel that it would allow more people to play in UD after they more then likely just lost a character to the great sacrifice system. Instead of the only 16 start being surface. Giving UD a similar start would be nice player wise. Even from a statistical and progressive stance the better option would be making a surface character at 16 over taking the minor for 8 and doing UD. I’ve no issue if this is intend but it does make me wonder.

The Guldorand start was a promotion for the Guldorand server when it first started. It just remained since.
