Kelp Deposits

From talking to a few herbalists, kelp appears to be a fairly painful resource to acquire in any quantity. Given it's not involved in anything particularly powerful, I'd propose some gathering nodes for it be added along shorelines - salvaged kelp drifting in from the sea, more or less.
