Roger Ster is going back to the sword coast, at least for a while.
Mainly Phil, Will, Mia and Charlotte, sorry hopefully we can continue the RP.

Right now, I'm trying to get to know better what seems to be a wonderful danish girl, and I'd need to focus on RL for a while.
She seems to be different to any woman I know, and it's driving me crazy, but I love that.

If you don't try, you will never get it.

I killed Moras last week. I was barely playing him and I kept leaving without notification and left a lot of loose ends on plotlines. Just a massive apology to anybody who had pending things with him that were left up in the air over the past year of having him around. Much love regardless.

Thanks for all who Rp'ed with me over her life... You are all (Well mostly all ;P ) AMAZING and are the reason I have an ungodly amount of hours in this game. I was sad I never really got to explore her darker side but that part of the gameplay was far more tedious and difficult than I expected. I kept thinking "once I get her to max level". Once I got there that half of the character wasn't thrilling me. I absolutely LOVED cooking for events and just giving away food randomly. For anyone who ate her food over the years... FYI she was not always picky about what meats ended up in the dish as long as the cuts were good. Some of you may be cannibals now...

Anyways other stories/characters are calling.

It occurred to me this week that I started playing on Arelith sometime in either late 2013 or early 2014 back when the old forums were active. Regardless, it was almost 10 years ago. I became "mostly inactive" around 2018. I always come back to this place every 6-12 months with a new character concept, new idea, or something, and after many years of trying, I simply can't get that old "Arelith" feeling back. When I created my first character, I was in my early twenties, had just moved into my house with my wife, and this game was this little cool place I had tucked away that gave me some form of escape from the monotony of life after my college years were behind me.

I guess I'm finally admitting to myself that I simply can't find enjoyment in this sort of thing anymore after years of trying (and failing) to force it. There are a ton of people I never got to say goodbye to or inform what sort of impact they had on me. As a final farewell, I just want to thank each of you for making Arelith what it is and what it was.
