Multiattack, permanent haste, immunty: magic, dr 50/-, SR 50, true seeing.
Aura of fear, DC40, poison cloud, dc 30 paralysis, blindness, status drain.
Special: Once per turn summons 1d20 random outsiders with CR30-40.
On Hit: Death.
At will, infinite cast: Hellball, Greater Ruin."
Then again, someone will probably kill it solo.

Mechanics aren't ever FOIG unless they're purely RP related, which I don't think anything we currently have is. Only locations and puzzles and stuff related to the game world are considered FOIG.

By contrast, if it were something like where can you find an NPC to give you those forms, then it would be FOIG if they weren't in a well-travelled place.
