Not sure if it qualifies as dorky, but.
I recently typed :
-disguise +nl [Three lines long paragraph I wanted to add to char desc]
instead of
-description +nl [Blablabla]
And by recently I mean I did it yesterday despite playing for over 1.5 years now.
And it worked. For a brief moment my PC's disguise was three paragraphs of description.
