Dual-wield Morningstars

Post by 6999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 » Sat Oct 18, 2014 6:49 am

Just to chit-chat some... I made this post: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=669.

Personally, I would make an half-orc, to wield these with. They're ugly, morningstars is ugly, the two things would look good together. Maybe I play fighter with that, or barbarian. Would look hilarious with charging half-orc dual-wielding morningstars in the fray :D

Anyone else that would do something fun with that if they implemented it? ...or any other opinions?

haha the first thing I would do if it was implemented is make a dual light flail wielding Mulhorandi, who probably worshiped Osiris.

Unfortunately such is hardcoded, and making the morningstar/light flail able to be in the offhand impossible.
It is possible however to make whips able to be dual wielded, which is hilarious.

Another day, another Doug.

Well, if whip were dubble wieldeble I would try out a weapon master :) ..."hardcoded"? ...can't the developers simply take a big chisel and big hammer and hit really hard in the right spot, taking the time it would take, naturally, after more important matter is dealt with? ...they don't like a good challange? :)

Even if they could make it possible, there are no animations in the game for morningstars in the left hand. It would definitely be a mod-download-only sort of thing, which is a dealbreaker on Arelith historically.

Yes, I appreciate Arelith foremost for the no need for haks-thing :) ...and to that, they got paths and much else :) :)
