The Blood Wars Masquerade Ball

Post by DM Poppy » Sun Sep 25, 2022 1:38 am

I didn't get to attend in full. But what I did get to see was very well planned and very well executed.

To the Players that organised the event, a massive well done and thank you and to the Players that attended, it was all very well played out. It was a lot of fun to watch.

The song that was sang, was amazing. Clearly a lot of thought went into it.

Though the costumes were all amazing, the Derro Devil was my winner. But hats off to the Commander.

Saw a couple of screenshots of this - the costumes looked awsome!
This too shall pass.

(I now have a DM Discord (I hope) It's DM GrumpyCat#7185 but please keep in mind I'm very busy IRL so I can't promise how quick I'll get back to you.)

This was an amazing event. Thanks to the Red Tower folks that put this on, who I would otherwise name if it wasn't a masquerade ball. A thanks also to the Star-Wars-Cantina-Like Andunorians who showed up in droves and made it a night to remember.

Speaking of screenshots, are there any around? Would love to see some!

Lilith's player does host some amazing parties! I managed to visit for a short time before RL took me away and it was nice seeing so many faces, new and old. I look forward to future events at the Red Tower!

Hey Hello, you all are amazing.

Thank you to all those who worked with me to plan and set up the Ball, and it's various bits and moving pieces. We learn many things from such and how to improve for our next parties yet to come.

Thank you to the security team for sticking with us through the night, and helping with late arrivals to ensure everyone who wanted to join could do so.

Thank you to Mhais for the song, you are appreciated!

And a MASSIVE shout out to Andunor. You all came out in costumes and joined the bedlam for the night, and I appreciate that you all wanted to support and join in the evening's festivity and fun. I love to host them, and I'm glad you all are able to join.

It was very entertaining, Lilith did an amazing job, and I hope to have a new song prepped for the next event, whenever it may come!
