I've been working on this for a while, finally finished. It's a big picture, click on the URL to see all of the detail:

This is lovely. The setting is so authentic to how it's portrayed in game. The posters, the guard, the menacing spiked towers in the background. The atmosphere is just so spot on.

When Gron first made new Myon I was so blown away by how good it looked I started drawing it. I then realized, why make a small drawing when I could draw the entire forest around it. So I made the image bigger and ran around IG mapping out how zones connected together and drew the Arelith Forest. Originally it was going to be from the view of the mythal portal, but that would obstruct too much of the landscape so I decided to scrap that idea and just draw the landscape itself.

Because I started with Myon it has tons of detail, you can zoom in on the picture and see all of it.

Good lord that's pretty. Love how kind of understated the shadow ruins/Benwick are, really shows how the forest reclaims everything eventually.

Was inspired by some screenshots of pirates pirating and thought it'd be cool to draw.
