With the new mob population system, I thought of an interesting way of pulling an old mechanic into it.
Tie bounty head payoffs to the settlement's treasury, then have the rate they pay determined by the leaders of the settlement.
If a certain group of mobs becomes too problematic to a settlement, the leader could then raise their bounty value to motivate people into clearing them out.
PART 2
Hand mobs with population scripts a special item, like "Ear of a Talassian" or "Talassian badge", which could be IC'ly turned over as proof of having killed them to a settlement leader/representative for those who've been hired to hunt down a particular group of monsters.
