Gold Names

Gold names on special baddies is pretty cool.
What if characters with epic reputation, or noble, or landed noble, or a combination of all three had them?
On one hand it could be too special, but on the other if it's applied to things earned or specifically taken in game (and thus could be temporary in the case of landed noble) it might lead to interactions that could meaningfully enhance the noble RP update.
