Half Elf Improvement

Right now I don't see any appeal to the race so I'm suggesting we improve half elves to get a plus and minus to stats depending on the "half" chosen.

Sleeplessness: Immune to spells and effects of the 'Sleep' subtype'
Hardiness vs. Enchantments: +2 racial bonus on saving throws against mind-affecting spells
Bonus Proficiencies Choice Only 1 - (Longsword, Rapier, Shortbow, Longbow)
Partial Skill Affinity (Listen): +1 racial bonus to listen checks
Partial Skill Affinity (Search): +1 racial bonus to Search checks
Partial Skill Affinity (Spot): +1 racial bonus to Spot checks
Low-light Vision: Allows them to see better than normal in the dark
Bonus Feat: Dodge

Half Moon Elf - Dex +1 Con - 1
Sun Elf - Int +1 Con -2
Wild Elf - Dex +1 Int -1
Wood Elf - Str +1 Con -1
Drow - Dex +1 Con -1 Int +1 Cha +1

Humans still get the extra free feat and skills, and elves get a weapon focus, dodge and +1 and -1 to a stat.

Denied as written, although I wouldn't be opposed to a small buff to helves.
