Dirty Fighting as a free feat

Good [insert time of day], and thank you for taking the time to read my totally inane and unimportant, minor suggestion. I've searched around and to the best of my knowledge, this has not been suggested, so here goes:
Give everyone dirty fighting as a free feat.
Why?
1. It is functionally useless beyond the very early levels.
2. Anyone can fight dirty without any special training at all. It hardly justifies a feat.
3. Most importantly, it'll let me play darts conveniently.
4. Probably other things, but reasons 1-3 are solid enough for this to be given serious consideration.
Edit: I've been informed it does not work with ranged. Maybe make it work with ranged, too. Because you can totally aim an arrow in a dirty fighting manner.
