Deck of Stars

Make it so the Deck of Stars isn't announced to everyone within hearing range. Either only to the person using the deck, or if possible, whisper range so only people close by can see them.
This would remove a lot of outing of more secret races for people who don't want to have their concept broken by any eager diviner who just whips out the cards in the middle of a crowded room.
