This suggestion may be a bit controversial considering that some classes are themed around being sneaky or deceptive. However, when you think about this from a practical standpoint, there is no reason that a Wizard couldn't be as skilled as an Assassin at disguising themselves so long as that Wizard devoted the time and effort into learning that skill.
Now, I realize that this could jeopardize the uniqueness of the aforementioned deceptive classes. So, to compensate for this skill being universal, I am also proposing that Rogue, Assassin, and Shadowdancer (and any other class that fits this theme that I missed) be given a bonus to their Bluff skill. Something like +2 per 6 class levels or something similar would probably be enough.
