As the title says. Currently on Arelith, there is a LOT of skill tax. Everyone needs discipline, spellcraft, lore or umd, etc. This gives non-humans less options for taking skills that might suit their character such as sail or climb or intimidate et cetera without having to make cuts into the necessary skills. Humans still have good advantages in their flexible RP, ease of RP, neutral stats, and extra feat. They would not be hampered as a race by the addition of 33 skillpoints to their peers.
