Sorcerer spell suggestion.

We will file suggestions here that did not make the cut. Don't expect detailed responses, but the most common reasons are:
- implementing the suggestion is impractical, or too much work for the gain
- the suggestion is thematically against our design philosophy
- the suggestion is too detailed/low-level
Keep your suggestions broad and focused on RP benefits, please, not detailed suggestions of how to tweak X class.

Lot of new spells and Sorcerers having a fixed number of spells they can learn I wanted to suggest we open a few more "spellslots"
Specially at 2nd so we can add more flavor.

Sorcerers are often clogged with "I really need this spell or I'm screwed" builds. With a spell slot more in certain area's we can have our needs and space for RP spells and diversity.

Specially now we have a lot of new spells to enjoy ^^
