Allow Cavalier Sword to be Finesse Wieldable

We will file suggestions here that did not make the cut. Don't expect detailed responses, but the most common reasons are:
- implementing the suggestion is impractical, or too much work for the gain
- the suggestion is thematically against our design philosophy
- the suggestion is too detailed/low-level

Allow Cavalier Sword to be Finesse Wieldable

Currently the only Finesse wieldable 'Cavalier' Weapons are Katana's, Naigatana's, Nodachi's, and Wakizashi

With Longswords, and the existing range of eastern swords listed above also being finesse wieldable, it would make sense for a cavalier sword to be usable as a finesse weapon as well.

Outside of it's larger/heavier cousin the Bastard sword, it is also the only 1h sword currently not in the finesse category.

Rejected. Cavalry swords are typically a lot more blade-heavy than other swords, so it seems unlikely that wielding them with finesse would prove particularly advantageous.
