Remove Critical Fail (roll 1) on Sleight of Hand checks for PVE

We will file suggestions here that did not make the cut. Don't expect detailed responses, but the most common reasons are:
- implementing the suggestion is impractical, or too much work for the gain
- the suggestion is thematically against our design philosophy
- the suggestion is too detailed/low-level

Can this please be changed?

The critical fail (rolls 1) on Sleight of Hand against Hostile monsters in PVE is annoyingly stupid and double penalizing as we already have random monsters with boosted Spot/Listen checks.

You will always occasionally fail (and unstealth) in a dungeon despite how high is Your Hide/Ms/Sleight of Hand.. because of those rolls of 1. We already have to deal with detection boosted monsters why this as well?

For characters who are focused on skills and invested high into Sleight of Hand rather then on combat prowess it may be a death sentence if unstealthed in a middle of a group of enemies. Therefore it ensures that going into a higher level dungeon to utilize the Sleight as an xp gaining method is never an option because as soon as You roll a 1 (and that will happen) you are a toast.

You could link it with Skill Mastery, that rolls of 1 on Sleight are re-rolled for Hostiles.
Just change this annoying thing.

Critical failures on 1 show the consequences of messing up. It should remain.
