There are npcs you can hire to join your party by having enough leadership and giving gold when you obtain it. What if there was a command to allow players themselfs to act as merenaries. The player that hires them can then have them act under the association tool when prompted, be under the effect of the fetch command, and be transfered to the instances the played hirering them go in suit. the requirements could be have the proper leadership and they get somewhere between 10% and 20% percent of found gold while working with the player that hired them, both potentially set by the player. This could Give players the ability act as freelancers roleplay wise, but also give players investing skill points into leadership a bit more use if they are the type to use said skill. The main requirement in my head is make a command to have to player be hireable as a mercenary as well as the set leadership and gold payment, potentially "/Mer [Minimum Leadership] [Gold Payment] to toggle it on with settings in mind and "/Mer" to toggle it off.

Players can already be mercenaries. They can be hired through roleplay. However, they should not have NPC functionality and script benefits.
