Move balance related discussions and decision making into an Arelith discord that is read only for anyone not a contributor/dev.
Keep discussions that are being held regarding balance changes in said channel to foster greater transparency around balance changes.
Require greater consensus among devs or add more checks and balances against changes to server balance to reduce individual influence over server balance direction and overall server balance volatility.
Discord is a bad medium for tracking all of that. Things will get lost in the history.
The team has a good measure on balance discussions, and the process goes through approvals that required Kalo to sign off on. That stops individual influence and sneaky code changes.
What I have always wanted was planned road maps readily available for players though. Might be something to bring as feedback.
