Can Writs (when activated by being signed by two or more Councillors) please have an expiry period?
Currently writs can outlast Councils (I've tested this). Giving them an expiry period of 7 days would still give them a period of being able to be abused by corrupt Councillors or their lackeys, but at the same time it would mean that people would actually have to time their plans, rather than just signing a bundle of writs and then using them to throw the settlement into havoc weeks/months later.
Leaves an opportunity for IC abuse, but cuts down on Cheeseballery.
