Allow Campfires to be used to cook

I think it'd be greatly beneficial to RP if a campfire could be used as a cooking station under certain conditions, such as if in a wilderness area(I know there's a check for this because of the trackless step feat). I'd personally be against having it work everywhere though, because people might start setting fires in the middle of cities instead of finding a proper cooking station. I imagine there'd also be a lack of appropriate materials outside of wilderness areas as well.

It would support having full breaks when people are hungry and tired, putting more meaning to the rest/hunger/thirst system as well as creating more realistic RP and encouraging more RP accurate behavior on trips rather than constant grinding.
