Hi.
As we always ruin a crafting try rolling 1 in 1d20 (no matter if we had higher skill to have a success even with a 1 rolled if that was not a failure...)
... Could be posible that when you get a 20 rolled in the last 99% to 100% step of the crafting progress, the item became a master creation, getting some small extra skill/bonus?
Like... (Just sugestions, as the enhancement may be just some additional skill points or anything you may see right)
weapons getting an additional +1 to hit or dmg bonus (or +2 discipline/or parry, etc)
armor pieces getting an additional +1 AC (or getting lighter weight, or anything else)
jewelry getting an extra +1 to the ability it were giving, or additional +2, +3 or +4 to some skill.
If was a production of ingots, etc, then you get two final ingots, instead one.
