Sibayad desert: The Oracle Temple location

Hi.

The area where the oracle of the desert is located is an area with not resting option.

The area is free of threats, a safe area inhabited by many pilgrims, many of them seeming to be worhiping the oracle's faith or just resting...

I would suggest that this area could allow rest (as it happens with the lost caravan area).

I noticed this one too, got lost in the shuffle. Will set that area to be restable at next opportunity.
