Sacrificial Altars

For altars that belong to religious temples ie Altar in Temple of Bane, or Altar to Mask in temple of Mask temple (or which ever permanent fixtures there is in triadic temple in cordor) Where it's obvious as to which dieties the altars are for can we have them permanently consecrated to their dieties as they're supposed to be very holy places in first place? in other words instead of having to consecrate it after every reset, can it automatically be consecrated, and instead they would have to be desecrated after every reset if someone wanted it desecrated as we can assume the temple NPC's (if they have any) would be the ones consecrating or that ti be ina hoy enough place the god consecrates it.
