Animal Empathy - Send animals away

As it stands it's not all too useful unless you are a ranger with heavy investment.
(No druids should not get to henchman animals like rangers)
But Rangers get to do something interesting that druids cant do, And thats when they dismiss the charmed animal it "Wanders Off" and despawns.
Whereas a Druid who dismisses the charmed animal, will 90% of the time have it attack them (unless it was non-hostile to begin with) or attack their allies/party (And subsequently die)
I'm unsure of how it would work, but giving druid/Animal Empathy users as a whole a way to Dismiss/cause animals to wander off, rather than die/attack them when uncharmed would be far more thematically and RP-Wise pleasing.
TLDR : Let animal empathy users all Dismiss / "Wander Off" charmed animals. Not just heavily invested rangers
