Strength, Dexterity, Constitution and Charisma are shown when you examine someone.
For some reason though, a level 3 half orc with 19 strength will show up as more strong than a level 30 with 26 strength just because their base strength is lower. This really causes a problem if you're a low/average charisma character wanting to make a speech so you put on nice clothing (royal outfit) and even use the perfume bottle (eagle's splendor) and bring your charisma to values that should be High but it doesn't do anything.
So this suggestion is to make the examine values based off of current values, not base values. Since this would likely make most people always 'High' by current values, perhaps extend it from Low/Average/High/Very High to include a higher upper range. Something like 0-9 = Low, 10-14 = Average, 15-22 = High, 22-30 = Very High, 31-40 = Extremely High.
