Make Timestop 1-1 with PnP or Remove it.

Given that the server and its UMD categories have changed drastically this spell should resemble its PnP counterpart more accurately - at the table this spell is NOT an offensive one or one that advantages you in battle beyond being able to escape or reassess.
When Timestop no one should be able to be damaged or attacked. If you attack someone or your summons attack someone. Or if you cast spells the effect should end.
This doesn't really make the spell worthless but it allows non-arcanists to actually be on even ground. It also doesn't impoverish transmutation which is easily one of the most necessary and powerful spell schools, universally, now.
