Svirf Earth Streams

Suggesting that we give Svirfneblins the Earth Stream upon creation. Reason being that one of their racial characteristics is their deep spiritual tie to the earth around them, and that their clerics and mages typically summon large Earth Elementals for combat, i can pull excerpts from FR literature if required.
