Raise fixture limit on Sencliff houses

Hello! The Sencliff houses that are near the merchants, temporary stalls and slaver share their fixture limit, which is set at 60. I believe it is three or four of them, and after going through one I noticed that with just three fixtures on it, the total was past 50, so a raise would be cool. If any screenshots are needed please let me know!
