Increase the AoE Range for AoE Traps

The new traps rework has been great and finally makes trap use in PvE a viable solution (with out just stacking a bunch in a row).

However, the AoE traps (Electrical, Fire, Sonic) are set up as AoE damage traps with no secondary effects, but have a very limited range and it is really hard to get these to affect more than one target unless you simply sneak into the middle of a group and plant it on-top of them hoping you'll make an evasion save.

Testing shows that setting the trap in front of the group and waiting for them to run towards you will typically only effect one creature, which ever one happened to spot you first and start running at you.

I believe the current AoE range is 5'. I think increasing this to something more like 15' or even 20' would make them work more like they are intended to work.

I'd also like to mention that there was no re-work for gas traps. I think maybe they were forgot on the list?
