Leadership APR Change
Adjust Leadership's additional APR so that it doesn't stack with haste, it resolves the main issue, leaves the cool effect in place, and leaves it mechanically viable as to be attractive to take for those who could benefit from it.
Gods can we just remove magic already?

This is absolutely the main (perhaps only) issue with the Leadership change, and will almost certainly be subject to adjustment following feeback from players.
It's a point if criticism we very much saw coming, but also not currently game breaking. I would suggest discussing it and other aspects of this update in Feedback, and following discussion there, allow devs to determine if an alternative is needed, and just what it could be.
I really see the option as move/remove/change, of which the above falls into the 3rd, and is a solid suggestion. I'll wait to see what else comes up though.

Gone ahead and approved this change, at least for now. The APR Bonus will NOT stack with Haste. Update thread adjusted, and will go live later today.
