For some reason, AE (Animal Empathy) works differently between Druids and Rangers. If a Ranger AEs a creature, it joins the party just like it does for druids. However, when a Ranger removes said creature from the party, the creature gives an emote of *wanders off* and vanishes.
When a druid removes an AE'd creature however, the creature remains. And most times goes hostile and attacks. Attempts to move the AE'd creature away and remove from group just has the hostile creature sprint towards you and continue attacking. This is very undruid-like and limiting.
I'm unsure how it works mechanically and if it's somehow tied to the classes. But if druids could have a way similar to rangers to pacify and have them wander off when removed from party, that would be ideal.
