Cordor and the Radiant Heart Snitch

Sencliff's Snitch was removed for a reason. It's ultimately a system that, honestly, only serves to enable PvP, and in my humble opinion it should be removed from Cordor and the Radiant Heart too. Let people send their own scouts to find out if there's ships out on the sea (checking docks and ports for missing skiffs and etc.) instead of simply granting them this information for free through an omniscient diviner spy NPC that for some magical reason knows where all ships (excluding the Dreadnought, that large sailing fortress covered by a big cloud of black smoke in the middle of the sea) are.
