Tracking tweak

A small change to tracking and using the tracks left on the ground. Can we have it changed slightly to shown how old tracks get?
ex.
Less than 3 min. old = (Leaving, Fresh)
3-9 min.s old = (Leaving, recent)
9-15 mins old = (Leaving, Cold)
Or at least something to this effect to let someone know how long it's been since the tracks are left.
This is important for several reasons. Firstly, because there have been fully invested manhunts based on the presence of tracks. It would be good to know if an entire server-wide manhunt is worth the case because Jim here found tracks of a Drow. If you can say you found Cold Tracks of a Drow, they've been there for a while and the trail is cold.
It also helps with realism, because IRL, a good tracker is going to know fresh tracks from old tracks. Being able to tell how long it's been between the time they were left and the time they were found is important in tracking to know you are on the right trail.
