Purple Dragon Knight Presteige Class

Is it possible we make it an allowable prestige class, it would be a very "neat' prestige class to see in game given it's a more of a support class than anything else.

My suggestion for this would be simple even though it requires ride and mounted combat to take said class it is possible to make it so you can take this class without being able to ride horses, is one thought.

The other thought is if you want to limit to only people who have the "reward" of being able to ride horses that you make it so this PRC opens up for those who do take such reward.
