Ship Repair - Tailoring

Hello,

Is it possible to cut down on the amount of cloth needed for sail repair? Namely the reason is cotton is much harder to find in the abundance that repair on a ship requires than wood, and cotton yields are usually small.

It takes 280 cotton per 10 repair attempts.
It takes 20 hardwood, and 30 softwood for every 10 repairs of the hull.

Making it 1 large and 2 medium cloth vs the 2 large and 3 medium cloth it is now would go a ways to making it more manageable.

Thank you for the consideration!

Approved to lower the amount needed to some extent.
