Let Hostilizer Tool write to Chat

Currently, the Hostilizer doesn't write to the Chat or Combat windows when you hostile someone. This means that when reviewing your own logs, you can't see when you set them to hostile. The hostile command (! or -hostile), however, does write to the windows.
My suggestion is a seemingly simple one, and that's to allow the tool to write to a chat channel when hostiling someone.
