Add No-Voice Voiceset

Oftentimes I find myself never quite satisfied with a voiceset. They always say at least something weird or out of place for the character I have in mind, or have otherwise great lines but then sound like a slaughtered pig or a cat in heat if they take a 1 hp booboo.
I saw we added some cool BG voicesets recently, but how difficult would it be to add a voiceset that is completely blank in every category?
Maybe it's just me, but I think this would be nice.
