This is, admittedly, a very small thing in the grand scheme of the server, but elves aren't capable of growing beards.
A quote taken from the D&DBeyond page for elves, but this detail goes as far back as the 3.5 PHB, page 15, which says:
The head would be very fitting for a Half-Elf, however, who is wishing to disguise their elven heritage, as they are very much capable of growing beards.
