Suggestion Box Discussion Forum
Let's bring back the suggestion box discussion forum, like we had a few forum-instantiations ago. This way people can talk out all their stuff and get feedback, then post into an auto-locked Suggestion Box with a complete idea. Win-win.

If I didn't mess up then here are the new rules for suggestion box:
You can start a new topic on suggestion box.
You cannot reply to existing suggestion or new suggestions.
Do not reply to an existing suggestion by starting a new topic about it.
If the Devs need input, they will open up the discussion on their terms.

Use General Discussion (the Shanty) if you want to discuss an idea. No need for an extra forum.
