Differences from base NWN Monk.
- Spot and Perform added as class skills.
- Tongue of the Sun and Moon: Each Monk level counts as 2 Lore ranks when it comes to understanding an unlearned language.
- Monk Weapon Proficiency: This feat allows effective use of club, dagger, handaxe, light crossbow, heavy crossbow, quarterstaff, shuriken, kama, katana, and sling. In addition, the club, quarterstaff, shuriken, and kama benefit from the monk unarmed base attack bonus (UBAB).

"Additional Selectable Feats" Does it mean it's free feat provided or you may select it before Epics?
The only reason why i asked is because these Feats are already in the Epic selectable feats for Monk in the first place in NWN. Hence, just confirming if there's any special reason that it's highlighting again here.

not free just added damage to the normal feat that you still must have the wis prereq to choose
