Necromancer Build

I want to play one but don't know how. Preferably a cleric? I would like to have a dracolich and I will be a halfling (feel free to post some other suggestions though.)

Is a battle cleric possible with undead or just caster? Thx.

Normal battlecleric build (Cleric/fighter/rogue), get necro focus, mummy dust, and dragon knight. Done.
The devil does not need any more advocates
Clerics are just socially acceptable warlocks.

How do i make a battlecleric, feats and stuff? Never done it before.
