Does Drow's spell resistance do nothing against dispel? And can the 19 wisdom be done with items instead of base?

Has to be BASE wisdom.

The entire dispel line (Lesser through Greater & Mord's) ignore SR, as do spell breaches.

What about 21 cleric with at least 5 Shadow Dancer for HIPS? I could put more into cleric this way or take fighter or rogue levels. I took Trickery and War domains instead since I will have HIPS now.

Starter abilities
Str 10
Dex 18
Con 8
Wis 16
Int 14
Cha 12

I can put levels 4, 8, and 12 into Wis and just wear leather and small shield +1 with stealthy gift (H+4 MS+4) and wild child background. I can use gear and buffs to increase my Cha for divine might and divine shield later on. The rest of my ability points will go into Dex. I should have enough skill points to get the skills I want with 14 intelligence, and with Trickery I won't need to put too much into unlock and disable trap (Concentration, disable device, discipline, heal, hide, move silently, open lock, spellcraft, and tumble).

What feats should I consider for this build above? Should I consider less levels in SD? The minimum required is 5 for HIPS. I could spend the other 4 levels in fighter or rogue. Suggestions?

Don't know if you're aware of this but you need power attack & 13 strength for divine might & shield.

I could do 6 constitution... But she would be softer. But since I'm playing her like a rogue it would be the same as gaining 6 hp/level... Would 6 constitution be too low of a dump?

I don't feel like rebuilding again. If I go without divine might and shield and just use my charisma for my trickery and war activated ability I would still be an effective SD/cleric. I could do 21 cleric/5 SD/ 4 fighter for weapon specialization in rapier and more discipline. I could also take knockdown and improved knockdown. Will HIPS, invisibility, knockdown and high crits be enough? :D I suppose I'll find out.

I recommend to go with the bulletprouf build.
23 cler, 4 fighter(3 on epics, 30), 3 rouge(27-29)
Take trikery/travel domain.

RP wise this is enough to play a shady char. Drow priestess like to show presence after all ).

I would skip dex due to divine/fullplate+tower shield and go str for carry lb, damage, disc etc.
Cha is optional(base 13-14), divine shield plus might for added burst, shield being the more useful bonus.
Try not to go below 12-14 base con.

Hips without burst sneak damage is..lacking. Etc etc etc.
Releveling until lvl 15 is much easier then finding at lvl 25 that your build is..less then optimal and you are unhappy with it after spending a few good RL months with lvling it.

I am going to start a new thread because my original idea has evolved into an all new character and class build idea. With, of course, a whole new list of questions lol... I will call it "Shadow Cleric (25 Cleric/5 SD) Build Questions"
