My build will make use of GSF transmutation, but spell slots are limited.

I wanted to use wands to augment my spellslots but I'm unsure if the GSF-T will transition to wand casting. Or is it only for spells cast from spell slots?

Yes any form of you using the spell yourself will add on the bonus to the target. So wand, scroll, potion, or actually casting the magic.
