This topic will serve as a catch-all location for all acronyms and arelith-lingo! There's some on the wiki, but just in case you missed it/can't find it, here you go.

I'll be posting copied from multiple people from the previous threads as they had some discussion/were in the wrong subforum.

SD - shadow dancer
SS - spellsword (can also mean shadow shield)
FS - Favored soul
Divdip - Divine Dip(taking 3-4 levels in paladin or blackguard for feats, saves and ac, great for chips)
SoV - Storm of Vengeance
DW - Deathward
FoM - Freedom of Movement
WYSIWYG - What you see is what you get
FOIG - Figure it out in game
(class)~adin - specific main class with a divine dip, IE wizadin, bardadin, sorcadin, etc

WOB - wail of the banshee
(g/e) SFs - spell focuses, greater and epic
b/hcleric - Battle cleric or healer cleric
TF - True flame
SW- Shadow wizard

IE = Improved Expertise

Where the WoF at?

WoF: Word of Faith
IGMS: Isaac's Greater Missile Storm
DW: can also stand for Dual-Wield aside from Deathward
BoE: Blade of Elements (looted longsword) or Bane of Enemies (epic ranger feat), depending on the context

PDK - Purple Dragon Knight (yes, Arelith changed it to just be "knight," but this abbreviation is very much still in use).

WM - Weapon Master (Sometimes Wild Mage)
SM - Shadow Mage (most common abbreviation I see used for this path)
TP - Teleport
Evo - Evocation Spell School
Mords - Mordekainen's Disjunction
TS - True Strike/True Seeing(spell)/Time Stop (Yeah, I know, confusing, but it gets used as shorthand for all three...)
AoO - Attack of Opportunity
Disc - Discipline Skill

firstly: isn't WYSIWYG what you see IS what you get? the "if" doesn't make sense as foreigner, pls correct me otherwise.

i'd add to FOIG find/figure it out in game .. not sure which one is the better phrase
