Cleric Build Help

I have been gone for a good while.

I have a level 19 BCleric in the old fashion, before the cleric update:

After this update, which seems neat, I am sorta...lost.

I chose Battle Cleric because I often find myself unable to delve with friends and it seemed like a good fit, since I was looking for a Cleric Build. Now, I am unsure if the Battle Cleric is enough to be independent--especially at the high cost of no epic spells.

Can someone please help me build a decent Battle Cleric, or point me in a better direction?

You don't have to choose one of the new paths. If you liked your previous build just take "Path of the Cleric" and make a battle cleric as before. Path of the Warpriest probably isn't going to be a better option.

Yes, primarily that. I'm mostly concerned because due to my sporadic availability and play time, I am often unable to find adventure buddies and rely on that summon from time to time. I'm unsure if the Wapriest is satisfactory for that.

If you still have Conjuration foci, yeah I would dump the path unless you want to ask Spyre to remake your character. However, with the correct build the path is more than fine to solo with due to the AB spike + improved knockdown set-up. Also, now with Cure Minor being improved and unlimited you'll find yourself leveling more smoothly.

I personally find the bcleric set-up better because at the end of the day summons are removable from the equation via spells; people have to kill you to remove you from the equation.
