Spells on Items

So, items with spell uses. I've noticed since I returned that some of them have a "+#" after the spell, such as on the Fiendish Crown:
  • Use: Doom (5) Unlimited Uses/Day +25
  • Use: Lesser Planar Binding (9) 2 Uses/Day +11
I'm... guessing that this is a caster level modification? But I haven't been able to find that explicitly stated anywhere. Is that the case?

That's the case, yes. CL is increased by the modifier.
