Does Palemaster Count Towards 80% Tenser's Requirement

"Requires 80% of Class levels to be Wizard to be able to cast; Spellsword counts as Wizard levels for this requirement."
But I can't find anything w/ regard to Palemasters using Tenser's.
I am guessing the answer is "no, PM doesn't count towards the 80%," but wanted to double check, just to confirm.
